Privacy notice

This program is designed to handle as little personal information as possible.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as names, phone numbers, dates of birth, addresses or photos. There is no sign-up; an administrator creates a user ID and temporary password for you.

2. Information we store

• Account: user ID, password (encrypted), school and class, display language, native language, Korean level, number/nickname
• Learning records: translations, explanations, chats and materials — visible only to the user, their teacher in charge, linked parents and administrators
• Usage logs: feature, language, time, amount used (for statistics and credit calculation)

3. Photos, files and email addresses

Uploaded photos and files are deleted right after the text is read. Email addresses entered for sending are used only to send and are not stored.

4. AI processing

Questions and materials are sent to the paid APIs of AI companies (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate answers. These companies state that they do not use paid API inputs to train AI. Before sending, mobile phone numbers, resident registration numbers, email addresses and card numbers are automatically masked.

5. Protection

All communication is encrypted with HTTPS, and API keys are stored encrypted on the server only. Records are kept for the duration of the project, and when an account is deleted, its work is deleted too.
